主講簡介：

1994年獲MIT經濟學博士學位，自2005年起為瑞典斯德哥爾摩大學國際經濟研究所教授，目前的研究領域為全球變暖與長期經濟增長🧗🏼‍♂️、動態政府政治經濟學（尤其是再分配、社會保障和健康）、最優稅賦和社會保險。John Hassler教授還擔任Macroeconomic Dynamics副主編（2012-）、Scandinavian Journal of Economics副主編（2006-）、多個學術雜誌的審稿人🏧、瑞典財政政策委員會副主席（2011-）、Bellagio group成員（2011-）⏲、諾貝爾經濟學獎評獎委員會擁有投票權的協理成員（associate member）（2009.12-）、歐洲經濟顧問集團(EEAG)成員 (2008-)、英國經濟政策研究中心（CEPR）國際宏觀和公共政策項目的研究員、德國CESifo的研究員、IZA研究員。曾任瑞典財政部咨詢委員會成員（1997-2005）、政府反規製評估委員會專家成員（2004-2005）🏋️‍♂️😷、瑞典經濟學家協會的理事會成員（2004-2012）🐘、瑞典財政部顧問（2008-2009）🍲、Economic Policy Panel委員（2008-2010）🚵🏻‍♂️🫥、Review of Economic Studies編委（2004-2011）🤷🏿‍♂️、European Economic Review副主編（2007-2009）。近年論文發表於以下雜誌👩‍🦼：Journal of the European Economic Association、American Economic Review: Papers and Proceedings、European Economic Review、Journal of Monetary Economics、Journal of Economic Growth、Journal of Economic Theory、International Economic Review等🚶。
